We use a variety of companies to dispatch products including the Post Office, local and national couriers.

Goods are dispatched and delivered to most Irish and UK addresses including Isle of Man & Channel Islands inside 10 days. Goods to Europe can take up to 14 days with the rest of the world taking 1-4 weeks. Do bear in mind in most cases delays are caused by local Customs authorities.

Orders are sent at buyers risk. Customers who wish to have their orders insured in transit for damage and loss should contact us before ordering to obtain a quotation for insured delivery. Customers are required to keep any damaged items and packaging until given further instructions re claiming for a replacement.

We hope all customers will be happy with all items ordered from us. We however give everyone 14 days from receipt of goods to return for refund. Items should be returned unused and with all original packaging. Cost of returning goods for a refund is the responsibility of the customer.
